I love this machine. You have the little seating part to assist but you're still doing all the work. I've been using since I bought every other day I do 80 squats. I can see some changes already taking shape 😊. This was a great addition to my home gym I'm putting together.
I like it, I like it, and I like it!!! Doesn't take up too much room, but it definitely gets the job done. I put it together less than 30 minutes. But if you have any issues putting it together, there are videos that simplify the process. Get this if you are serious about developing your squats and overall strength.

I bought this because I see it a lot here and there. Once you focus on it, it gives you a great workout and gives your legs and butt a nice burn. Somewhat it helps me do better squats and I'll be sticking with it
