Edit: I reached out to the seller and they sent me another one without any charge, I’m super happy because I really loved the stepper as it moved sideways which protects the knee.Super excited with how they treated the matter🥰🥰🥰I bought this stepper in October. I did not actively start using it until January and now in February the wire has cut. I feel so disappointed. I tried to use the “contact seller”option in the Amazon page but it’s not helpful.
This is a great stepper machine.Carries the right amount of body weight mEasy to assemble.No Noise very quiet.Smooth stepping strides and transition.Counts well and takes calories Burned
It is very well built, good quality. The only thing is the step counter is sensitive. Sometimes, it won't count steps, especially if the resistance is set to light. It does give a good workout, though.

The previous stepper I had broke on me after a month of use. This one feels a lot more sturdier and higher quality. The bands are great to add in arm workouts. It is easy to use. The adjustments are easy to use to increase or decrease range of motion.
